    Worst interaction with a **mpany ever. Yesterday I called them to **nfirm they would be **ming out for our service call (they are se**nd party l***s when you use your extended warranty) . The man who answered the phone told me my appt was today not yesterday. I informed him that I had **nfirmed with L***s on Friday. He Asked me " who the h*** do you think I am" and then when I told him this was a horrible way to treat a customer/client he told me to "shut the f**k up" and then [promptly hung up on me . I called l***s and after an hour of back and forth with questionable cust svc people they told me this ** was the only repair person available in my area. I cancelled my extended warranty with L***s immediately

    I live in ** where there are no ** certified technicians. **** was located by **, and would have come to replace the broken compressor on my ** refrigerator within 2 days of contact. When ** finally scheduled the appointment, 10 days later, he was able to move the appointment up. He was waiting to get travel time (1.5 hours) reimbursed. the rest of the repair was covered by the warranty. He was polite, efficient, and respectful, wearing a mask at my request. The unit was repaired quickly, and everything is now working.

    I wish they could have a zero star there ****** rating is definitely done by employees or friends the owner yelled at me after not showing up multiple times when no one called and no text blamed ** for him hanging up on me refused to come out after ** authorized payment and repairs under warranty. This company is extremely unprofessional most likely taking payments from ** and other appliance companies and not performing work making it look like the customers fault.
