    I had a fence put in last fall which cost me over $26,000. Then during the winter we had a bad rain storms with high winds. Both of my gates blew opened and I had to bungie cord them and I had to put planters in front and back of the gates so the wind can't push them one way or another. It looks crappy! In early spring I call *** the saleman and he said that they would take care of it. I knew it was a busy time of year, so I waited patiently for them to come out. They never did, I called all summer long and it is very frustrating that they only have a answering company and not a person in the office. I call at least 8 times throughout the summer with no return phone call. The gates latches are being held by a pipe in the dirt. It needs to be a longer pipe and it needs to be cemented in, because during the heavy rains and the ground is muddy and the wind pulls the pipe out of the gound. I am a 65 yr old women so I can't do the repairs myself and I paid enough for this not to happen. The last message I left was last week and I instructed the person answering the for to give it to both *** and the owner of the company and I had stated that I was going to go to the BBB if I don't hear back. So this is why I am reaching out. Thank you

    I want to purchase a new fence my property I gave a deposit on 9/74/22 $3430.00 , Job was to be done by middle of Oct. They have not started yet and I can't get in touch with them they won't call me back I went to see them today October 28 and they said that I'm not even on the job plan and then it won't give me my money back thank you
