60 days shy of 1 year *November 2022 is when I traded in my ******** ML350 and drove the ********************* off the lot with much excitement after searching months for this particular model.*December 2022 is when the vehicle left me stranded and needed a fuel pump replacement, then overheated and needed a new expansion tank, then was expelling a black smoke along with a burning smell - which the service department refused to address because nothing was illuminated on the dashboard resulting in a blown main fuse. *January 2023 is when Balise Honda of North Attleboro decided to send the vehicle to ********** in ********, ** for evaluation and determined it needs a replacement engine (which is on back order with no ETA). *September 2023 is month #** continuing with a $450 car payment plus full coverage insurance for a vehicle I had a total of 18 days in my possession.Balise claims by law they are not responsible to provide a loaner vehicle, especially for this length of timeBalise management (Rich) is aware - I am a travel nurse of 22 years and unable to work travel assignments without reliable transportation. The AGs office assigned me a mediator who has attempted arbitration proceedings over the past 4 months, whom **** (sales manager) refuses to participate with. Unfortunately, with that being saidIve obtained council via a firm in ****** and Balise was served 2 weeks ago.The wait continues! Lemon law is a struggle Dont buy a Jeep from a Honda dealer Dont buy ANYTHING from Balise Dont buy the extended warranty - it does less than the factory one does.
