    I hired ****** to do water damage mitigation and mold prevention in my house after a pipe burst. It was very hard to find anyone to come out due to so many people having burst pipes on a very cold day, so even though ****** charged $300 to give an estimate and would not provide an itemized estimate, I hired him. ****** did not open any walls or ceilings, he just installed his equipment and let it run. He had his equipment here for three days, after which he told me that everything was dry and only cosmetic work was needed, to repaint walls and refinish the floors. Luckily, I was able to get an independent company come out and take moisture readings to check his work. They found that most of the walls and the floors were still wet. I watched as reading after reading showed "wet, wet, wet, wet." They advised that walls needed to be opened to be dried well because of the insulation inside that stayed wet with the surface drying that ****** did. They also explained to me that if I leave things unopened, in the summer everything inside the walls will start getting moldy. In fact, one of the rooms already started smelling damp two days after the equipment was removed. I also found out that the fee ****** charged (close to $9,000 for three days of surface drying) was exorbitantly high and might have represented price gouging. ****** was combative and rude when I communicated this to him and asked for a partial refund. He dismissed my concerns.

    I did provide  Services  , For the customer  , Sftrr I finish  my job , She asked for estimate  for renovation the house ,  So I Did provide Renovation Services Estimate  , After then She find Other company  can do Insurance working  fraud , Staring new Claim Fraudulent  Insurance  company  so she can get Renovation  the House without paid anything outside pocket  , I didn't do that because  this is Fraud ***** Committed  , After she asked  me for Refund , end of the Day ***** The Costumer  try to take money from Everyone  Insurance and My Company  ! All the Neighbors  see my guys Working Overnight,  All day long 4 Days Of Hard working  , and Neighbors  said She Like this With Contractor always try to Take advantage of the Contractor
