If I could give zero stars, I would. **** sent a technician, **** *****, to my office to repair a simple BIOS issue on my laptop. Instead of fixing the problem, he made it significantly worse. First, thank goodness I had a backup because he wiped my entire machine without first asking if I had a backup. Then, during his "repair" he destroyed the audio drivers and left my laptop without a functioning operating system. He didn't even bother to reload Windows before leaving, effectively turning my laptop into a useless brick. To make matters worse, as soon as he realized the damage he had done, he rushed out of my office like a crime scene escapee offering no solutions, no accountability, and no attempt to fix what he had broken. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. I lost valuable time and had to spend hours trying to restore my laptop just to get it partially functioning again. I then ultimately had to send it to **** for over 6 weeks for them to repair the damage he caused. I expected a professional repair service, not a reckless technician who left my device in a worse state than when he arrived. **** should seriously reconsider who they contract for repairs. This experience was an absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. The technician ***************** was extremely rude and was supposed to be repairing my laptop but he canceled the work order because he didn't feel like driving this far to fix it. This is the worst repair company I have ever heard of. I can't even believe you can get service like this.

Terrible service, communication and outcome. The motherboard died on my work laptop, a **** machine still under warranty. In my area **** farms service out to WWTS. Like cable companies, theyre the only contractor **** uses in the area.**** very rapidly called in the service visit, and the next day I received an email stating someone from WWTS would come out that very day. Great news right? Once it was over an hour past the given time window (7pm ET - not the middle of the night), the tech responded to neither text nor call - I was simply asking when he expects to come out. I called ****, and the rep was furious - he called WWTS with me on the line, waited roughly 10 minutes on hold each time, and once connected he was PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON EACH TIME. Quote from him: you really need to call tomorrow and yell at them. This is the worst experience Ive had with them yet.The next day I received an email from WWTS saying sorry, wont make it out today, well let you know when. By this time I have lost three days of work productivity. Finally, the next day I got a text from the same number I had texted before and never bothered to respond. To his credit he did show up that day (today, Oct 4 2023). He replaced the motherboard and promptly left (I wasnt asked to sign anything which was odd). I immediately booted the machine up annndcatastrophic blue screen, dead hard drive, bad motherboard components - who knows. Texted the tech within about 6 minutes of his departure and, as you can imagine, radio silence. After both **** and I just having a continuing terrible time dealing with them, Ive escalated this with **** yet again (the **** team has been fantastic - and apologetic about their regional partner here). Hopefully when contract renewal is up some action will be taken. Until then, I recommend avoid this businesss services.
