    I ordered covers for boat fenders on 4-9-24, I received an email on 5-7-24 that they were produced and leaving the facility and I should receive tracking info soon. I received a email 6-3-24 stating my package was dropped off at *** and should be arriving this week. I asked for tracking info again and still didnt receive. I sent another email 6-14-24 and received a response 6-18-24, that there was an issue with their *** Account and the covers finally went out on 6-13-24. I asked for tracking info again and still didnt receive any tracking info. I sent another email and received a response on 7-8-24 that there was a mix up with my order, it was sent to a different person. The items were being returned and they were reshipping my items. I have requested tracking info after each email and still havent received any tracking info. I would love to receive the items I ordered, if not Id like to be refunded.

    I was contacted, stating my order was shipped to someone else. They have received it back and he would be sending me tracking information. I was told my order was shipped and to download a shop app to get the tracking information. I downloaded this app and there is still not any tracking information.

    ******************************* ordered custom made products from my company on May 17th, 2024. As stated on our website, we cut, print and sew all fender covers, so the lead time is 3-4 weeks. Nicks order was delivered within our lead time on June 18th per *** tracking number: 1ZRR73830393182686. After receiving the products, ******** submitted a chargeback dispute in an attempt to recover funds for products that were delivered. I also personally inspected his order, so I know nothing was wrong with it. We were very thorough with our correspondence, despite his threats, harassing emails and unprofessional behavior. This is an attempt by a client to get free products but issuing chargebacks with his bank, submitting false claims to the BBB and sending us threatening emails. Please ************************* as a scam artist and flag him in your system as an unlawful buyer. I also posted 4 screenshots of ***** order, his delivery confirmation from *** and my email to him with his tracking number.

    I Have provided screenshots of the emails where the company states they know I didn't receive my package and are still waiting to hear back from UPS...they never gave me a tracking number for the second package and quit responding back..and no where on the website does it State the lead time is 4 weeks...I ordered the product in May and it's half way thru July and still no product

    Delivery: Once it leaves the manufacturer, you will receive an email with tracking information. Custom orders generally take 3-4 weeks for delivery within *************. This may change slightly depending on production schedules.

    Please provide the tracking number for the second shipment that you keep saying you sent me.. not the first one the second one please
