    On 5/26/2023, we paid $13,000 to ********************* as an initial deposit for demolition of existing deck and shed (underneath deck) on our property. Work began on 10/30/2023. An additional $6,000 was paid on 11/17/2023 for additional materials. Work continued through mid-December 2023. In early January 2024, we contacted **** to inquire about the deck completion. He stated that he would send someone out right away to complete the entire job. No one came and there has been no work on the deck since that time. We have reached out to **** (Helping Hand Construction) numerous times via voicemail and text since January 2024 with no reply. Our deck has not been completed including replacement of ***** siding removed from location of existing shed and under slider and and we still have not received a response from ****.

    We want to make it clear that we would like the project completed on the dates offered by the business. As indicated in our attachment response, there are inaccuracies in the statement made by the business. That is the reason we have selected the dissatisfaction response.
