Date of Transaction: July 6, 2022 & July 15, 2022 On July 6, 2022 I gave ***************************** $235 on July 15 th I gave her $65. Totally $300. This was for four sessions of theraputic back massage which I did receive. I told ******* from the first appointment that I needed a receipt and she said she would give it to me at next visit. I trusted her and wanted to start therapy as I was in alot of pain. The next visit I gave her another $65 and she still was not prepared to give me a receipt. I explained to her because I have a doctor's ****** for this I can claim it in healthcare cost. She said she would email it. Nothing came. 3rd visit same story, 4th and final visit she assured me she would send it to my email. I have nothing to document this expenditure. I am so upset. I do have some documentation which I am attaching. Please help me get a receipt.Sincerely ******************************

Hi! This is ***********************, from Hands on Health, ****************************************. I am responding to complaint #********, filed on 8/7/2022 by ***************************. ******* received her receipt!!! I generally have a good rapport with my clients. In 17 years, I have not had a complaint. The following is a description of events: (In fact...we had a "gentleman's agreement for her payment to be paid in two weeks) ******* booked an appointment with me on July 6, 2022 at 10AM for $85.00. Post treatment, ******* indicated that she would like to return for more treatments. I told her that I can give her a package of 4 treatments for $300.00; thereby giving her ten dollars off of each individual treatment, saving her 40 dollars across the 4 treatments. She said she would like to do that and asked if the July 6 treatment could be part of the package. I said Of course.. ******* indicated that she only had $235.00 with her and asked if I would accept that as a deposit and she would give me the remaining $65.00 when she came for the second treatment. We then booked the remaining three appointments for : Friday, July 15 at 10AM Friday July 29 at 1PM Wednesday August 3 at 11AM On Friday, July 15, she had her treatment and then paid the remaining $65.00 of the $300 package of 4. She asked if I would give her a receipt. I said Of course. I will email it as soon as I get a chance. She said she was not in a rush. She saiid she didnt need it until January so she can deduct it from her rent. I felt some pressure was lifted, as I like to print out a nice, detailed receipt for deduction purposes, insurance purposes and personal injury claim purposes. (I had also ordered ink for my printer on line and the delivery was delayed by a week-I wanted to give her a printed copy as well). So ******* came for her next scheduled appointment on Friday, July 29, at 1PM. She mentioned the receipt again and I was still waiting on ink. I told her she will definitely get the receiptto get on the computer for another 1/2 hour. You also stated that you don't need it until January, soo?????. You have another 5 months. Not sure why it's an emergency? I took you off the calendar as requested. I took her off of the Monday schedule and emailed her receipt on August 8, 2022 for the $300, which I allowed her to pay 235 on the first week and 65 on the second week. I am thankful I can text this information to you because I cannot find the form on your site. I would appreciate being able to speak with a representative. I will call on Monday. I honestly don't know how this escalated to a BBB complaint??? We were conversing during treatments and it didn't seem to be such a problem? I also provided her with pictures of injuries sustained at a museum for her own records with no ****************** ASAP. Thank you. I was rather shocked that it became an immediate need. I have been doing this job for 17 years and have never had an issue like this. Plus I was taking some very much needed time off. My clients have access to me 24/7. I responded: *******, I worked til 7:30PM on Wednesday, the third, the date of your last visit. I don't have a secretary or a clerk. It's just me. I took Th, Friday , Saturday and Sunday off.. I am just reading this now on my day off. I ordered ink for my printer which came in on Friday and was going to print it for you on Monday so I could hand you a hard copy. When I get back to work on Monday, tomorrow. I will email your receipt. I am sorry you have no patience but you literally just completed you package on Thursday. Not sending you your receipt was not an act of defiance nor control. My energy goes into working on people all day. From 10AM til 7:30PM. When I was done working physically on people, I wasn't about and I was sorry for the delay. She said again that she didnt need it until January. I told her I would have it to her by her 4th treatment which was on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. ******* booked another treatment for Monday, the 8th, with the intention of buying another package. On that Wednesday, I worked until 8PM and was pretty much done. I also got an email that the ink would be delivered soon. On Thursday, August 4th through Sunday, August 7th, I was on vacation and was not in the office, nor at home. I thought I am seeing ******* on Monday and I will have the email and printed receipt ready. On Sunday, she texted me: I am giving you 24 hour notice of cancellation for my appointment on Monday. I am greatly stressed and concerned that you will not forward a receipt of my payment of $300 for 4 visits. I **************************************************************** a receipt that I can put toward medical expenses. I again ask you to forward my receipt to my email nesscha
