Global Basement has come to the rescue and solved my long-dreaded drainage problem by installing two 50-gallon dry ***** and replacing my old sump pump with a larger one. *** and his crew were awesome, very efficient and a pleasure to work with. Weve been doing business with global basement waterproofing for years and we have never had a problem. Theyre very professional, if we have a problem, they show up right away. The technicians explain things if theres a problem. We would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with the wet basement and would like to correct it. My husband has been working with Global Basement Waterproofing for years. They handled initial installation of equipment (sump pumps, dehumidifier, etc.) and do annual check **** They're prompt, professional and offer practical solutions that didn't break the bank. And, our "basement" is a crawl space...you literally have to move around on knees and belly under there! Not a single complaint from them. This whole experience from beginning to completion was extremely professional. *** and his crew did an amazing job waterproofing my mom's basement. I handled everything for my mom who is 99 years old. They put in a new sump pump system, french drain and waterproof walls. They were efficient worked very methodically and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them. *** and his crew members were very nice gentlemen and very polite I would definitely give them 5 STARS.*****Global Basement Waterproofing Company
