    I had my driveway ripped up and repaved last year. I had several large puddles of water. Model Paving came out after several calls. The guy finally came out cut all the spots that had water puddles and repaved. It was a mess. I mean it looked horrible. He said he would sealcoat (not knowing you are not suppose to sealcoat for a year). He said it would hide the discolorations and the pavement higher then other parts in the driveway. So after months of going back and forth the owner came out and we sign another contract that I would get a new driveway in april and May. After calling and going back and forth they finally came out and torn up the driveway. The next day no on showed to finish the job. I called the owner from my phone she didnt pick up I also texted her and I did hear back. I had to call from another # she pick up and told me her worker quit and she would get her cousin to finish which she had no date for this. I received a call the next day saying her worker will finished my driveway and then he is done. I was not comfortable him coming out. but I had no choice I had a dirt driveway. Now I have some many problems it's only been 2 months since a new driveway been done. I call and complained and sent texts, pics and video of the driveway. The owner's cousin contacted me and said he was handling everything for ***** who is the owner. Well it's been a struggle contacting ****** now. I had to call from a number he did not know for him to pick up the phone. He promised me he would send someone out to see how they would fix all the problems. I received a call and he said he had no one to send out. I then ced the owner twice and still have not heard a word. I would say be careful using this company all broken promises. What ever happen to customer service and doing the right thing. This company sure has not. I am hoping it will be resolved. I am still waiting for a call or text back. ****** also been out twice and promised to fix.
