  I never used it, never found value. I signed up for a trial, cancelled, was still being charged!I had to get a new debit card number - somehow they got ahold of my new card number. That is just out of line.I had to have my bank block them from any further charges.This is the lamest site, as bad as they come.

  SCAM! Filing complaint with my States ************************** Class action on its way. Unfortunately the star rating on BBB website does not go below 1 Star.

  Today I received an email with the heading: "Its *** from *********************************************** in ***********." The email had my first name on it. ***********, ****** is the closest city to where I live so I thought this *********************** must have been someone I had met but didn't remember his name. I almost responded but noticed the company address in *************. Beginning to get suspicious, I looked up Alignable, Inc. on BBB. I am glad I did and avoided getting involved with an irreputable company. My concern is this. I am a serious, skilled photographer but not a professional. I am concerned how someone in ************* knows I am a photographer and gets my name and knows the area where I live, way out in ******. I am writing this to add one more red flag about this company so others can beware.

  Hi ***,  There is an account created on May 4, 2023 for *********************** Photography under the email **************************.  The account maker does need access to that email address in order to set up the account. The ** address from that account is in/near ********************** this is not your account and it was made fraudulently, please reach out to ** immediately.

  This email was an invitation to join our site sent to you by the request of person mentioned in the email, this user had you in their email address book and thought you would make a great addition to their Alignable referral network. This can get confusing if you have your own alternate emails inside your address books.

  I paid $30 to run an ad on their platform. That one time fee became a recurring membership unknown to me! My credit card company made me aware.

  Alignable is hard to use and really not worth the effort. I tried it and joined several groups. Most have a no self promotion clause in their rules. If this is to promote your business, you have to self promote. But that is not allowed by every group I joined. There are restrictions on introducing yourself and your business. All of this is really strange for a site that is there to promote a business. I made one post on a women's business site. It was taken down as self promotion even though I saw other posts up for several weeks exactly like it. Maybe it is who you are? If you get an invite. PASS. It is not worth the time.

  Spammy service that data mined my contacts. I requested they deleted my contact book and still havent heard back.

  Hi *****,Sorry you didn't have a good experience on Alignable. We received your request to delete your address book on a Saturday afternoon, we were able to respond and remove the address book you connected by Monday evening with a response to you. The information in your address book lived within your account, Alignable only sends emails to those that you agreed to. Many people quickly click through this part of the sign up process without completely understanding that they can skip upload. When you connect an existing network you are in complete control. Not only is this network completely private to you, but you're 100% in control over the emails sent and contacts invited. We will never contact anyone on your behalf without your say-so.After connecting an existing network, you'll be given the option to "Connect" with members already on Alignable, or "Invite" those who aren't. To make things easier, we give you the option to add all your contacts at once if you'd like - sending connection requests to anyone who is a member, and invitations to anyone who isn't.We are sorry again for your frustration.

  They receive payment for services and were not authorized to use my credit card number to pay the bill. They will not refund my money. A very dishonest company. Never to be used again by anybody that I know I hope.

  Hi *****,I am sorry you feel that your credit card was used without your consent. The only way to be charged on Alignable is to manually input credit card information when you are logged into your account when making a purchase. All of our products such as newsletter subscription or upgraded memberships are subscription based and charge on a recurring basis. You accept those terms and conditions upon signing up along with the note that you can cancel at anytime.

  I havent been with Alignable that long but theyve done nothing for me. No help for my business or anything. Im constantly barraged with stupid emails about discussions that go nowhere. This place is a joke!
