    We paid $806.69 in advance for a full season of lawn care services. After the second application, he has not shown up or returned any messages. He has not been to our house since the end of June. There were supposed to be six applications and he has only done two. We expect a refund of $587 from Hagstrom Lawn Care for prepaying for services never rendered.

    On 04/08/22, *******************************, (of Hagstrom Lawn Care LLC **************************************, ***********), cashed a personal check from me in the amount of $418.30. Said money was pre-payment for 5 applications of lawn fertilizer at $83.66 per application. On 04/14/22, Hagstrom Lawn Care LLC completed application # 1 of 5 at my residence. As of today's date, 09/06/22, no further work has been done. I have tried to contact ******************************* for updates on 4 separate occasions since 05/16/22, which would have been the next scheduled, pre-paid application of fertilizer. These attempts were made via 2 e-mails, 1 phone call, and 1 submission through the Hagstrom Lawn Care LLC website. All of my inquiries have gone unanswered. On 08/26/22, I made my last unanswered attempt to contact ******************************* for a refund. I informed ******************************* during this inquiry that if no effort was made to resolve the situation, that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Because I have not received any letters, e-mails or phone calls from ******************************* regarding this issue, I am now filing a complaint to secure a refund in the amount of $334.64. This figure represents the 4 payments of $ 83.66 each that I pre-paid for fertilizer applications that were not performed.Thank you,-***********************
