This company uses false advertising to scam people, specifically their website says:"Estimate Fees:Small electronics $25.00 Televisions 32 and smaller $25.00 Televisions larger than 32? $45.00 Professional Audio $45 Note: Estimate fees are applied to the repair." -This wording looks like it means that the repair is finished once you pay the "Estimate fee." There are a million better ways to word this and be honest about what is happening. They are doing some sketchy business. They could have said "Estimate fees applied to the repair FEE," meaning there are two separate fees. After paying the $45 to get my large TV fixed and thinking I am all set, the company tells me that it is just a "diagnostic fee." Their website should say "Diagnostic estimate," not "Estimate fee" because that can be easily misunderstood as the ****** which is what I took it as.Why would I pay them to tell me my TV is broken when I already know that? To a client trying to get their 60" TV fixed, an estimate for literally ANYTHING usually means all fees included with the service, including parts. Why would I want an estimate of a portion of the total fee? No, I want an estimate for the total. Why would they hide hidden fees? Because if they were honest, it would scare people off and they would just buy a new ***My TV was partially functional and did not seem to have a big problem, so I assumed it should not cost that much to fix since it must just be a faulty wire failing in the *** I am engineer and I know how electronics work. It should not cost that much in parts to fix my *** Clearly this is false advertising and needs to be addressed. I am not paying them another $135 to fix my TV for a grand total of $180. Their website should say "$180 total fee for large TVs."Just be honest, how hard is that? Every company cuts corners to sell things, but this is ridiculous.

His mother called about a television repair and was told that we charge $45 to check out the television, which gets applied towards the repair.  His mother agreed and brought the Television in and paid the $45 estimate fee.  We evaluated the television, informed his mother via telephone, that the LEd strips needed replacement and that it would cost $187 less the $45 estimate fee for a balance of $142.  She said she would speak to her son as it was his television and call us back with a decision.  The next day the son calls, irate stating that we scammed him?????  We can't provide estimated for free and they were aware and gladly paid the estimate fee.  He just has buyers remorse and is trying to get a refund for no valid reason.
