    I paid $3500 dollars for services that were never done. I paid back in January for a year of clean *** and yard work that has not been done. I have reached out to the owner of the business and tried to resolve this but no one has been to the house to do any of the work. She has ignored me repeatedly. I also know that I'm not the only one this happened to. I just want my money back. I have cameras that show no one has been and I have multiple messages that I have sent trying to resolve the issue.

    Hello, my husband and I hired North Shore Enhancement LLC for landscaping maintenance and various projects about 1.5 years ago. In May 2023 we paid them a $903 deposit for a planting project that was supposed to be done within 2-3 weeks (within June 2023). Since then, they continually delayed the project with various personal excuses, became harder to reach and eventually stopped responding to us altogether. We have now requested a return of our deposit from them but they are ignoring all our contact. In addition to multiple text messages, voicemails and e-mails, we have now sent them a demand letter (attached as supporting document) to try to get our deposit back. In addition, we informed them on July 12 via email (attached as supporting document) that they were fired and not allowed on our property any more, given that their lawn care team was still cutting our grass regularly. Despite firing them, they showed up anyway on July 20th and charged us for that visit (invoice attached as supporting document). They basically did work on our property without our consent. We are hoping that the BBB can help us resolve this dispute before we are forced to *** them in small claims court. To us, a resolution involves both a return of our $903 deposit, which they are holding illegally, and a cancellation of the charge for the work they performed on July 20th without our consent.     Hello, Im sorry I had a death in the family. I have paid them in full and have actually filed a harassment report, they had about **** of their friends write bad reviews on my company page, I also had one of their friends threaten to find and **** me.
