    In September 2024, ******* ******** contacted Citation Property Services through its website (**************************************). **** responded for Citation Property Services, and we began the process, over text message, of discussing the building of a ramp from our driveway to a newly installed prefabricated shed/garage, the installation of a drain alongside the shed/garage, and the required bolting of the shed/garage to the foundation (a concrete slab laid by another contractor). (A copy of our text messages is attached hereto as Exhibit A.).In the end, we hired *** ****************************** solely to place a drain and complete the bolting of the shed/garage to the foundation. The bolting was completed on January 17, 2025; the drain was completed on March 28, 2025.On April 18, 2025, we were visited by the building inspector from the Town of ********************** Services, *** ****** ********. He informed me that the bolting had not been done according to code and needed to be re-done before the shed/garage could pass inspection.I immediately contacted *** *******, who refused to take responsibility for the error and to do any additional work without being paid for *****. Grammas knew or should have known the applicable codes for the building in question. (Attached hereto as Exhibit B; Exhibit E is the permit application and Exhibit F is the report of the Arlington Building Inspector.)Proof of payment of $1500 to Citation Property Services is attached as Exhibit C. We seek reimbursement solely of the portion related to the bolting, which is $450.00.

    Ive reached out to him an offered a solution that would make us both whole an he never responded.. i wrote that I would give him his money back in full for the bolting and take my bolts back.. he never responded.. The above attachment is the text message I sent to him. He is not responding ..
