  This company has serious issues the vehicles aren't safe for anyone who gets in them all of the issues start from the operations manager (who is not qualified for her job) the only reason she made it that far is because of her stepfather who started the company. They only interview office staff. Drivers and monitors can get a job as long as they pass a **** and drug test. They offer a one week training and none of it prepares them to work with special needs children. They don't even know who they're hiring. The vehicles are unsafe and these drivers are forced to use them and transport special needs children in them, If they want to keep a job. They also bury and hide a lot of serious situations.

  Poor management and communication with parents especially for a child with special needs. Rude bus driver and monitor experience- not equipped to handle or deal with special needs children.

  The very first day my son, who is 3 years old and autistic took the school bus home from school, a bus under NRT. My son was prematurely removed from his carseat while the bus was still in motion. I called NRT and did not get a call back. I then filed the issue with the school district. They requested the video tape from his bus. Over a month went by and after I and the school made many calls to NRT, I finally got a call from ******* at NRT. She told me that she viewed the tape from the day in question and did not send it to the school, she only followed up by email to the request the school made. I asked for an independent review since nobody aside from herself or NRT viewed it. She then forgot my name and needed to pull the tape up. 5 minutes later she claimed no internet service at NRT and needed to call me back - she never did. I called the school, who have email correspondence stating my son was removed from his carseat as the bus was in motion and that they rectified the incident within NRT and the driver/monitor, and they notified or were notifying me. NRT never contacted me about the incident. They have ignored my calls and requests to speak to ******* for several weeks after I filed the incident with the school. I requested the tape from ******* who again has not responded. The driver and monitor on his bus are the same involved in the incident. Prior to my son taking the bus NRT are to discuss bus information with parents. No such call was made and my attempts prior to him taking a bus went unanswered. Also, the straps the tighten the carseats belt is often stuck in the careseat ( I have put him on the bus everyday since ). The straps are also twisted.The one day I did not put my son on the bus, the stop sign was not out while my child was not safely in his carseat. I live on a busy street. **** flew around the bus within seconds of him getting on- another issue I have yet to hear back from NRT about.

  I give this place no stars!! Terrible customer service, I got 6 calls from this company to verify my child's information. On my 6 call of verification the lady was so rude when I explained to her I've done this 5 times already and the woman goes well you didn't speak to me let me do my job. No COMMUNICATION in that entire company. Oh yea and pucks yout child up super late and they don't let you know it's a guessing game on time of pick up. Terrible!!!

  No communication they were going to leave my child at the school after I set up everything with them. No once they told me they were not able to pick or drop her at the address I prove for them. *************************** basically told me she did not care that I will have to leave work and drive over one hr to pick up my kid after I set up everything with them the day prior.
