      This is in regard to Benchmark Senior Living at **********. My mom began her residency there in mid September in their memory care unit. This facility only opened in May 2024. It appears they are having challenges with leasing the units. The memory care unit had 5 total residents, including my mom. Three women and two men. They have 17 rooms total in the memory care unit. Since her move in the following has occurred:- Sales Director terminated - Executive Director terminated - Head of Memory Unit quit - staff turnover - undocumented workers - my mom was attacked by one of the other dementia patients and they tried to make it a pass it off as a passive occasion when in fact the police were called and they have refused to proves me with the police report. - same resident attacking staff, residents and even a visitor.- Police reports and witnesses can validate. They are not transparent about these issues. They are currently under temp management. The aggressive resident is still there. I now need to move my mom to protect her safety. The worst thing to do with these patients is agitate them and move them around. This place looks pretty. All that shines is not gold. The insides are rotten. Its management, or lack thereof. They have units across the country, I can only hope the others are run better than this one. I fear for the other residents safety.

      ********* took double rent payment refused to give bac 1550$ for 19 days
