      Purchased Drivers ** for my daughter for $870 - my 4th child to take drivers ** (others took it from a different company whose dates didn't line up with our needs). No where on the signup does it say that the child is only allowed to take up to 2 hrs of driving lessons a month (and apparently those slots are difficult to get (they are released on a certain date and it's first come first serve). This is lack of transparency and false advertising.This rule means there is little to no chance of completing the requirements by the time they are 16 1/2. This rule only came to light during the Parent class that I didn't have to take since it's been less than 3 years since the last time I took it. She recommended I attend anyways since they talk about their program. when asking for a refund, she is charging me a $50 service fee and $30 for the parent class that I wasn't required to take.

      Customer signed our Terms of Service agreement on 5/22/23 (attached) which states that, "our scheduling policy is designed to have students schedule up to two driving hours per month based on availability as well as the number of driving hours the student has driven at home." Customer did not accept this policy after attending a parent class and requested a refund from CS Driving School. Refund was issued on 6/16/23 minus $50 administrative fee and $30 parent class fee.

      Hello,Our daughter has had her permit for a year. The CS driving school does not offer enough times for her to take the lessons in order to get her license. It seems apparent that they have over subscribed students, taken money , dont have enough staff or driving times and are not supplying a service that has been paid for. This is fraud. They need to get more staff and driving times available so they do not constantly have students waiting to finish their courses. Otherwise they should not take on more students. They are collecting money and not supplying a service.

      I paid for 12 driving lessons and they have availabilty for one per month for my daughter. Six months have passed. At this rate, she will have her license when shes 17!

      Office assisted with scheduling 12 required driving hours in four months from 11/29/22 to 3/29/23.
