I opted for this benefit through my employer in January 2025. My first order of $150 came through without issue. I didn't use the entire amount, and in February, I upped my order to $300. From February 2025 through March 2025, the funds never made it to my commuter card. I called several times, and got different excuses each time, without ever getting a solution. Finally, I requested the funds be returned to me, and once I was told that the funds would be returned, and another time I was told that they don't refund and I would have to go through my employer. they returned $300 to my employer, according to them, and in June of *****, my employer still has not received the funds to return to me. When you call them, it takes at least 45 minutes on hold to even speak with someone, so solving these consistent issues takes hours of your time. I do not recommend electing this benefit if your employer offers it. If your employer does offer it, I suggest you let your benefits coordinator know that they are a terrible company.

Edenred is a complete scam. They work with Fortune 500 companies to take money out of your employee paycheck for commuter benefit purposes but refuse to fund the card with the subsidies that you pay for out of your own paycheck. Their support team is a joke and non existent. They have stolen money from me for the past 3 months and have not funded the prepaid card that they provided me. What's worse is that they have also denied my claims for reimbursement due to not having funds in my card. Which is caused by them withholding the funds in the first place!

Edenred appears as a simplistic but eye-catching platform to support employees, but the company lacks in their own staff to support customers. Things may start out okay, but over time the company's quality of service has taken a nosedive with improper implementations and mistakes in fulfillment order. What's worse, is you cannot get a hold of Edenred to get information regarding an issue or to seek resolution. On multiple occasions, our staff, supervisors, and directors are left on hold for 60+ minutes or have email correspondence left unread for weeks. Edenred staff fail to provide full context regarding issues and errors on their ends, which diminishes trust more and more with each failure of service and slowly-found remedy, if any.

This is one of the most shady companies I've had to deal with for a very long time. It's very easy signing up for the service, but if you ever cancel your account, good luck getting a refund from them. I cancel our account exactly on 4/15/2024 with a $ ****** credit, and as of 6/11/24 they continue giving me the run around why they can't credit our account yet. They keep extending the dates from ***** days to 30 days to ***** days. I'm concerned that we're never getting that credit. I'll give them until July 30, and if we still haven't received anything, I'll have to file a formal complaint.

This company is not a benefit its a scam. I have $179 in transit money they will not allow me to transfer it to parking they have some automatic rollover that moves it to Transit. I only use parking. I called 2x's both times hung up on. Third time talked to a rude agent named **** no Last name would be given no supervisor would be given no case # to reference. Just her chuckling at me and saying go ahead no one is going to tell you different its tax money. I want to move it to the pretax parking account or a reimburse but they refuse to do it even though the option is on the website. **************

Sent my monthly train ticket to incorrect account number at LIRR mail and ride. I have called multiple times to fix. Will not credit my account or refund me. Supervisor never calls you back. Crooks I just cancelled the account. Not worth the aggravation. My company had done business with wage works and I never had a problem once for years. This company is horrible at following up, you call and tell the same story to multiple employees and it never get resolved. Dont do business with them!

Edenred is refusing to issue a refund to me for a paycheck deduction in the amount of $63.50, dated 2-17-2023. I canceled my commuter benefits due to their poorly explained policies and incompetent customer service, and they will not refund the amount that was already taken out of my paycheck and is not sitting unusable in the commuter benefits account. I understand the tax policies that keep them from refunding me directly, but nothing is stopping them from sending the money back to my employer. Based on my experience and others' reviews, I believe that this company is scamming the employees of *************.
