    I paid $400 for boxing lessons on March 14,2022 which were advertised as a childrens boxing lessons. I spoke with the instructor/owner, Edwin F over the phone prior to signing up for the classes. I explained that the lessons are for my autistic nephew and wanted to make sure it would be a good fit before signing up. Edwin assured me it would be a good class for him. He tells me the cost is 400 for 16 classes and that includes the boxing gloves. He mentioned that the classes are pay as you go so you dont pay for classes you dont attend. In the next following weeks we attend the first class and it is a class with adults and children. I was not aware adults would be taking the same class because children and adult classes would seem like much different structured classes to me and I signed him up for a children's boxing lessons. My nephew felt uncomfortable and overwhelmed. Edwin did try to include my nephew and show him some thing but he was still very uncomfortable. We continue to go to about 5 classes total and I finally decide this isnt working out. I message Edwin and explain we wont be taking any more classes and ask for a refund for the classes that werent used. He did not respond to my message. About a month later I send another message asking for a refund and still no response. I would like a refund of $250 dollars.
