    I went to mobility city to have my wheelchair replaced. They ordered parts for me and fixed it. I thought a week later the wheel the arms broke again.I went back same thing I went back a third time and it happened again. I called them and asked them to come to my house because difficult for me to find people to get a ride there to get it fixed. They said they would charge me an unbelievable amount and even though it was their fault for not fixing they said that it was user error. I had this wheelchair for over a year before I had to replace anything on it, including the arms so it’s not user error. I would never go to this company again I would and I would dissuade anyone from going to this company.
