      Had a pair of progressive glasses made , they ship to house instead of dr. Office, first clue was not going to be good results, frame would not open , had to go have fixed, lenses were xtraactive transitions with blue light , lenses would not transition right and had strange purple blotches , squiggly lines and rings, was told it was anti glare coating went to return glasses in my 30 days and she said oh kets clean these and she said was the blue light coating , meanwhile I know it is not , as I have had same lenses in all my previous glasses , returned them and they still charge $200 fee so now I am out a pr of glasses plus $200 .

      Our office offered to remake her glasses free of charge, the patient did not want us to. She wanted to return the glasses, per our return policy (Since lenses are a custom made product) there is a $200 cancellation fee for progressive lenses. She was made aware at time of purchase and signed the glasses fee slip.

      I had a very frustrating experience with this eye office due to poor communication and a lack of accountability from both the Northborough and Worcester locations. This kind of disorganized scheduling and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service. I received an email confirmation a week prior to my appointment clearly stating that my exam was scheduled for 3:20 PM in Northborough. I arrived at the Northborough office at 3:05 PM, only to be told they were not seeing patients that day and that my appointment was actually scheduled at the Worcester location. Confused, I showed them my confirmation email, which still listed Northborough as the appointment location at 3:20 PM. I asked if they could contact the Worcester office to let them know I was on my way. They refused, saying the Worcester office would only see me if I arrived within 15 minutes of my appointment and that their records listed my appointment as 3:10 PM, not 3:20. On the way to Worcester, I called and was routed through a central line. I asked them to notify the Worcester office or transfer my call so I could explain the situation. This was not done. I arrived at the Worcester office at 3:32 PM, still within 15 minutes of the time listed in my confirmation email. I again showed staff the confirmation with the 3:20 time and Northborough location. They still refused to see me, repeated that my appointment had been for 3:10 in Worcester, and gave no explanation or apology for the confusion or the lack of communication. At no point did anyone from the Northborough, Worcester, or central scheduling teams offer an apology, a solution, or even an acknowledgment that the error was on their end.

      Awful experience. Between buying progressive lenses that cost a lot and don't fit right , and contacts ( was given incorrect prescription that made me sick due to getting equilibrium issues), I would never go back and would never recommend to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.
