    May 30, 2024 I gave Franca Services a $20,460 deposit to remove the current siding on our home and install new ****** Board siding. On October 8, 2024, I informed our the salesman for Franca, ***** *****, that we could no longer do the work on the house and that I would like a refund of the deposit. I have contacted the salesman and the accounting/front office person, ****** *********, and the owners, via email and phone messages. It has been a month since they last assured me that my refund was being "expedited" but nobody has replied to inquiries since then. I still have not received my deposit back. I would appreciate any assistance in getting in touch with Franca Services and receiving the my money that they are holding.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication regarding the refund of the deposit. We understand the customers concerns and regret the inconvenience this situation has caused.

    We are actively working to resolve this matter and are committed to returning the funds as soon as possible. Our current goal is to have the refund issued by next week. Please rest assured that we are not ignoring this matter and are doing everything we can to ensure it is resolved promptly.

    Again, we apologize for the delay and greatly appreciate the customers patience as we work to finalize this refund.

    contracted with Franca to remove and install anew deck back in Aug 2021. After many issues project was finished Jan 2022 with a few issues that were not resolved. I was told i they would fix the issue with the cement in the spring . I have contacted them at least 8 times since May with several different project managers about the this issue and a piece of trim which is broken. I have been told no problem **************. I feel as if they are just waiting for me to forget it. Well I spent a lot of money on this deck and not happy with any of the results. I am just asking for 2 small issues that would be so easy to fix.

    After we received the email from **** at BBB, we immediately contacted ******, the consumer and went over the issues she is having, we recognized the issue, we apologized and explained what had happened at the time. 

    We have scheduled a day next week for us to come back and fix the minor issues she is concerned with.
