      My daughter was signed up with TDA for drivers education classes. I have requested to be contacted by a manger due to the inefficiency of the organization that went on for MONTHS and requested a phone call as whomever manages the emails has a significant delay when replying. The company disabled our account, has two lessons remaining that are PAID so now we cant access the account and the company has not returned one of the 3 emails and the voicemail states do not leave messages on this voicemail. This company is just taking money from people and not providing the service that people are paying for. I want to be refunded for the services PAID AND NOT PROVIDED. This is a place of business, you serve customers, when someone expresses a concern and requests a call from a manager, you cannot deal with the issue like a professional and call? You disable an account without notification This place is extremely unprofessional and not looking out for the clients but their own pocket and its just wrong. You are dealing with mostly TEENAGERS! Disgraceful way to treat and run a business.

      We apologize for any problems with communication and obtaining driving ****** aailability.  We have refunded the customer $174.00 for the remaining portion of driving ******s on 3/13/24.  The customer purchased 6 ******s (@80 minutes ********************** each) and completed 4 of those ******s.  The refund covers the remaining 2 ******s for the customer.  Receipt for transaction attached.

      I have enrolled my son in a drivers class back in April. Its 100 percent difficult getting driving time. If you look on there site, they is no appointments until next year. I paid in full over 900 dollars and cant get an appointment. They seem to only have appointments while kids are in school. I recently allowed by son to leave school early and they never showed or contacted him they were present. They instead charged 50 dollars. I have spent an additional $400 in no show fees because there is no way to get in touch with them. They only have a recording which doesnt allow you to leave messages and no one answers emails. This is a terrible way to do business. I want a refund so we can use that money for another school that has actual appointments at reasonable times.

      I spent a good amount of money with this company for my childs drivers education. I paid for her driving lessons and for some reason there have been no appointments available to me. For 2 months! I look every day at all different times and theres never anything on their website. I have sent emails, left voicemails and no one will respond to me. If I pay for a service and they can not provide me with that service then I should be refunded my money! They seem to have shady business practices. No one to speak to, no one to respond to any correspondences and their appointment times are misleading. Of the appointments are at 9am, thats the end of the appointment slot so I guess the appointment would start a 7:40 and it doesnt explain that anywhere on their website. So therefore the appointment gets missed and they then charge $50 for missed appointments! In short, Ive requested a refund twice by email and once by voicemail. No response. I want the services I e paid for and Im not sure how to make that happen

      The customer got all the ********************** lessons for her daughter and actually went will ** almost two weeks ago to get her license.  The customer got everything they asked for and found it strange that a complaint came in after all the driving lessons were done and she was scheduled the following week for a road test.  She came for the road test and is now a licensed driver.

      My daughter took her driver's training through Teacher's Driving Academy (TDA) in 2021 and I took the parent class. My son is now taking his drivers training through a different school. This school informed me that the parent class is good for 5 years and that I just need to show them the parent certificate from taking the class previously and I would be exempt from taking the class again. I contacted TDA and they will not provide a copy of my parent certificate unless I pay them $26.50. They do state on their website: ($25 for completion letter if transferring to another school). However, my daughter completed her training with TDA and we paid all of the required fees. I simply need a copy of my parent certificate for a different student (my son) who is has never been enrolled at TDA. He is not moving from their school to a another school. There is no justification for them not simply emailing me a copy of my parent certificate.

      ************** can ************** the *** and get proof of the Parent class completion as the ******** is going all electronic at this point.  The parent class taken was free for the parent and the fee was an administrative charge to prepare paperwork as other schools don't want to take the time to contact the ********.  However, in good faith, we will email a paper copy of a completion letter to the complainant for no fee and they will receive it in the next couple days.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      It would have been nice of TDA to inform me that I could get a copy of my Parent Certificate from the ***, instead of trying to hold me hostage for $26.50. I have already retaken the parent class with the new driving school and no longer have a need to receive a copy of said documentation. Based on the customer service provided by TDA, I still would not recommend doing business with this company.
