    Terrible customer service, left home dirty and I had to clean up after they left. They arrived at my home, quickly determined that I needed a new estimate and wanted me to approve the new estimate while they were already moving equipment into my home. The estimate/contract increased from $229 to $875! The workers were not careful with their equipment, placed their equipment on hardwood floors without protection of the floors. Also drug thier hoses and cords up against the white baseboards, marking them up and then denied doing it! I had to repaint several areas due to their unprofessional manner. Finally I just noticed, the guys forgot to put my furnace filter back in after they had it apart. Seriously? This can and may have caused damage to my furnace! They can be glad I found this before any serious issues!When I called to file a complaint with the owner, he just shrugged it of and said, his guys are very professional and after all, "we're rated A+ at the BBB" and acted like my complaint was unjustified. So I'm here to warm you to stay away from using this company, I'm sure you can do a whole lot better than hiring this company and I know the BBB doesn't use these reviews to determine a rating but I surehope the BBB reconsiders their rating for the company!
