  clean harbors has double billed me using another company which they say is the same company. if you have to dispose of a lipo model battery do it yourself. don't call clean harbors or the local dity fire ***** both will ***** you on price for disposal of your item such as $3000.00 plus

  Since May of 2024 our Business has received past due collection letters from this company. We have paid the bill in full except for the tax as we are tax exempt. Tax exempt information was provided along with the payment for services and sent 2 additional times as they have requested to 'clear this up' , stating , "it has been forwarded to our tax team for updating". We have just received another collections notice this week (10/2024).We will never do business with this company again as they are impossible to reach and deal with.We would like our balance being brought to ZERO since we have provided numerous times proof of tax exempt status.

  November 30th, 2023 a tanker carrying clean harbors chemical waste was not secured, the driver left the lid off the top of the tanker pouring acid and other chemicals onto my family vehicle with myself and 2 daughters in the car. This company has been so ******* in the whole process, The claims management department is absolutely horrible. We have been fighting this battle since November with the company. My family has been paying out of pocket for something the company should be taking care of. We are still without a vehicle, stuck with medical bills and out of pocket expenses. Let me add we do have a lawyer and they fail to stay in contact with him as well. It's nearly impossible to speak to someone at the company to try and settle this matter before pursuing a full lawsuit.

  CLEAN HARBORS HAULS HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OVER US HIGHWAYS AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNSECURED LOAD THAT CAUSES DAMAGE TO OTHER VEHICLES SHARING THE **** DURING THEIR NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS. My family and I were recently travelling from Phoenix to ********* and got a very big rock chip on our windshield FROM DEBRIS that clearly came from one of CLEAN HARBORS trucks. This event was documented and verified by multiple witnesses and by multiple pictures taken during the incident. However, after trying to work with the company and following up multiple times with the detailed sequence of events and pictures of the incident, we received word that the company will not take any responsibility for the damage they caused to my property. The cost of my windshield replacement was $1,200 but due to the delays in getting CLEAN HARBORS to address the complaint and take responsibility for the damage, I had to submit a claim to my insurance to pay for the windshield leaving only the deductible cost of $250 for CLEAN HARBORS to pay, but apparently, they are not willing to take any responsibility and refused to pay the $250 deductible for the damage they caused.
