      On 12/1/23 I was sold a water heater by snow and Jones *** in ******** ****. I opened the box and it was not the correct water heater so I placed the water heater back in the box and attempted to return it on 12/5/23 and was told I cannot return it or get a refund s***e I opened the box. The manager ******* Jones also told me he will not refund my money s***e I opened the box. I need help to secure my refund please

      Hello,

      The customer here was presented with 3 different options for indirect water heaters for his system and chose this option.  He called seeking a return after the water heater had already been unboxed/opened on site.  The customer's installer was unable to install this water heater as it needed a transformer to install (specific to his installation) and the installer did not have the skillset to do as such.  The customer/installer chose on their own at that point to purchase a different brand elsewhere.We do not take returns on opened appliances as we cannot verify they have not been modified and it would be very unsafe for us to resell this product.  We could not do that in good conciousness.  We would not have expected this customer to take an appliance product from us that had been previously opened either.
