    I wish that review sites allowed consumers to give zero stars. I had to sue *** ****, operating as Latair (and ******* in small claims court to get a refund on an expensive painting he damaged after he carelessly packaged and shipped it to me October 2023. Despite the lawsuit and complaints filed with several agencies, he still refuses to pay. Today is June 11, 2024, and he has two more days to pay the judgment I was awarded before we are scheduled to return to court for a payment review. I doubt that he will do the right thing, so I'll ask the court to place a lien on his business and issue a civil arrest warrant if he doesn't show up again (I won by default after he decided to leave town before the initial court date). On another note, the items he claims are authentic might not be. Look up his name and the name of the business and you'll find articles about his unethical business practices and other lawsuits filed against him. You can also find negative reviews (including mine) on Yelp and other review sites. Please save yourself unnecessary headaches and do not buy from this auction house.
