    ***************************eriod. This is after reporting and blocking each number, so they were five different numbers. I asked one of the trainers to speak to the owner about the bombardment of marketing without any way to stop it just last week, yet today I have two additional text messages and a new email from the club. Please do what you can to remove me from all future correspondence with this business. I am at my wit's end because nothing is stopping the contact.

    My name is *******************, owner at Title Boxing Club of Norwood. *************** to a complaint filed against us regarding a customer (trial class) receiving multiple text messages and emails from my staff. This individual was removed from our system at the last request , although this individual would not have known that and also was most likely convinced it was never going to stop. The standards set at our club are no more than 3 contacts finalized by us asking if they would like to be removed. Our system over the past month was part of an integration across the country that ran into some technical issues. One of these issues were automated emails and text messages being sent without our knowledge. Once we identified the issue we completely shut down our automated messaging which we have never used since our club opened in 2015. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and approximately a week ago we notified a number of other individuals , unsolicited , that we were having these is
    sues and if they were choosing to opt of of text messages we would now be able to execute their requests.
