    Had flooring installed in 2 bedrooms and the kitchen in january of 2023. The installation crew was great. We did have a separation issue and we reached out to the installer directly. He came back and took care of it. Not long after the warranty period ended, we had several boards bow and seperate in the kitchen ( there was no water leak). We initially reached out to LL Flooring and they were very helpful with a resolution. After numerous phone calls and an email to BM Flooring with no response at all, we have no choice but to leave a bad review. I seriously don't understand how BM Flooring is still in business. Their customer service is nonexistent. I would have given zero stars as well. I will continue to make phone calls in hopes of actually getting a live person on the line and getting the issue resolved. I can only recommend that LL Flooring reconsider their contract with this installer, since it reflects badly on them. Very disappointing.

    Worked with BM through LL Flooring and can't see why there are poor reviews as our experience was great. 2 Gentlemen showed up to do our job and were finished within the day. Took great care and respect to our home and will use them again if we have another project down the line

    LL Flooring most definitely needs to contract with someone else besides B M Flooring. They make the store look bad. Very bad! I would never tolerate an employee of mine speaking to a customer (or anyone else for that matter) they way I was just spoken to today, (having had to leave messages for a week and then having to threaten to cancel my credit card payment and contact the BBB to get that returned call). Can not understand the A+ rating this site shows???

    Very disappointing failed floor installation had to report business would not repair despite contracts to repair. Would choose 0 stars but they make you choose at least 1. Yelled at me on phone that install was correct and then agreed to correct it but didnt do the work. doesnt respond to texts for weeks and months. No call no show twice for scheduled repair. Have contacted LL flooring multiple times for this over course of full year.
