      LCB Senior Living is an assisted living facility that my mother ****** ****** was a resident of at the *********** location until April 2024. We have not been able to forward her postal mail because the facility is registered as a business. They are holding postal mail that is not theirs.

      My Mother lived in the Reflections memory care unit of the Residence at **************** (the Residence) in Norton for six months until February 29. She is now living with my sister. We have received multiple inaccurate bills reflecting overcharges and have tried numerous times to resolve the matter. On February 5, 2024, the Residence completed an automatic debit of $12,605an overchargefrom our ************ account for her rent. We sent an email on February 6 to the Residence asking for the bill to be corrected. The Residence replied via email February 6, 2024 acknowledging the billing error and then issued a refund check to us for $2607.53.The March 2024 invoice again included overcharges so we emailed asking for corrections again. We received no reply, so we sent a follow-up email April 10, 2024. They replied with an inaccurate spreadsheet; so we replied on April 18, requesting they correct the bill. The Residence replied on April *********************************************************** the meantime, we received another incorrect bill and we replied again on May 8 asking for the bill to be corrected. We received no response. We received another incorrect bill from the Residence dated May 21. We calculated the correct amount and sent a check in the amount of $5723.79, with a copy of the invoice and a note stating This bill is incorrect. Ive enclosed a check for the correct amount due of $5,723.79... The Residence cashed our check, and we have received yet another erroneous invoice dated June 20, 2024. We are very concerned about these erroneous charges, overcharges the Residence acknowledged back on February 6, 2024. We made our final payment of $5,723.79. We would like the billing errors to be corrected and a zero balance reflected on our Mothers account. There needs to be a record of the Residences poor billing practices for interested parties--especially senior citizens--to see on the BBB website. Thank you for your time and help.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. It's possible the BBB may be able to reach the Director at the Residence at ****************, as opposed to the corporate office in *******. The address is ***********************************. The phone number is ************** and the Director's name is *********************************.
