      Pre-purchased tickets to a show in early January. The Magic Room then proceeded to "postpone" the show 2 hours before the doors opened on a Saturday night. Me and my party were already in ******* getting dinner before the show when they postponed the show (allegedly due to a blizzard - insert eye roll). ******* received less than an inch and their was not a flake of snow on the ground at the time of the show being postponed. Not only has the show never been rescheduled but they have not refunded my purchase even though I have a screenshot from the Magic Room saying they would refund me if I sent then an email. Well, 4 plus emails later and nothing but silence from the Magic Room. They have ignored numerous voice messages left on their unattended machine. Awful place run by thieves. They will still your money if given the opportunity. Best advice? There are plenty of legitimate and honest venues out there that will not steal from you and offer a much better music experience. Avoid the Magic Room!
