      If you go to Showcase ******** to see The Sound of Freedom, this was our experience. -They switched the theater is was supposed to be played in to a smaller theater was was completely packed, first come, first serve seating, not an open seat.-our 3:35 movie was pushed back until 4pm - We were ushered into the theater like cattle by 4 or 5 staff members.-As soon as I walked in, I said "the ** is off", it was hot and super humid, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.- The volume was very low.After a half hour of sweating I took a walk through every other theater that had movies playing- they were all nice and cool and LOUD! I went to customer service and told them "It's humid and hot as ***** in there, you need to turn on the ** and turn the volume up". Everyone could notice the difference when they eventually turned on the ** and turned the volume higher. If you go to see this movie, don't wait to say something..I guess this has been happening often, I just didn't know.
