The business states we accept returns on unworn clogs for a period of 30 days from purchase. Please contact us at 800-380-5977 (phone and fax) or email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number. For web partners and catalog partners; it is necessary to send via fax/email a excel spreadsheet notification of the detail of the return- for example wrong size, defect, and/or a dislike matter. We need to know the style name/ pattern and size on the spreadsheet and the issue of returning product. We will issue credit to the account once we received the clogs and spreadsheet. We recommend to send return product monthly unless you do it on a case by case basis. All returns must be boxed and sent to: Pinnacle Distribution Services 220 O.Connell Way, Bldg B East Taunton, MA 02718 Attn: clog returns – HS. We will not accept any clogs that have been worn extensively. Defective issues we will accept; cracked wood/ heel, knot in the wood, or staple placement, ripped leather top portion.
