I went to pick my car up he never told me anything about my links not being connected so come to find out I ened up taking the car to Leslies to have the bearings pressed myself instead of paying more for him to take them and Leslies informed me I had a bunch of zip ties holding parts together now I messaged ***** and his response was you dont need them I told you you needed two front stabilzer links. My car should have never left that shop thats neglect the owner never told me he zip tied parts and the parts he said I needed were indeed not the parts he broke he broke or didnt connect my front suspension stabilzer bar nothing to do with my struts they connect to my control arms so I brought my car there and left with broken and more damage done than I brought it with the owner will not fix my car and Im filing this so I can take this to court with an estimate of the damage done to my car and him carelessly letting me and my small children get into a vehicle that is not road safe allowing us to be put into damaged zip tying my front end parts together now I cannot drive the car till its fixed missing work and down a car - I have more pictures of the damage and messages it wont let me upload them all

1). I do not go to Leslies.  Nor did I tell **** I was.
I get the bearings pressed at Grave Robbers Resteration.
    2) I did not do the bearings that day, Grave Robbers, did not have time.
So I installed two front struts the customer supplied.    The stabilizer links were no good!  Broken! Could not go back on. The stabilizer link connects to the strut and sway bar.  The links were broken,  I did zip tie the sway bar up.   When **** came to pick up his car. I told him twice of his broken stabilizer links , that the bar is zip tied in place.  **** was so stoned out of his mind.  All he tried to talk about was women.  I then told him for the second time of his broken links, and zip tied bar.  I also told ****, $180 to do the two front struts. I then called him 2 1/2 hours into it. Explaining that this job is taking much longer that the axle is not coming out from the bearing so I can disassemble the struts.
that I would have to raise the price to $200. Since it is taking much more than two hours labor. It ended up taking five hours to do the two struts. He then was supposed to pay me the $200. And he only sent me $180 through the cash app.    It was 8 days later **** contacted me about the stabilizer links.    I then explained, that I told him twice about broken links and tied up bar.      That he may come and look and listen to cameras.     No response from him, until this today. 3/25/25 .        My DVR system only keeps for 10 days.   Its a HD Night Owl System.       **** knows it keeps for only 10 days.    We were friends up until this!!      If he would stop doing so many drugs! He might remember.

I also have my Technician ***** as well.  Thats he was there and witnessed my telling **** about the stabilizer links. And tied up sway bar.

you can also drive with no links on a car, to get to work.
**** himself stated that when he got to Leslies, the sway bar was still zip tied up in place. So how could any damage be done if the sway bar wasnt moving or anything. The stabilize a link connects to the strut that connects to the sway bar.  With the sway bar still being zip tied up in place as ****, stated. Absolutely no damage couldnt be done.
