    In August 2023, I brought my 11-inch iPad Pro to GSS Technologies to be fixed. I explained Best Buy told me it had a battery issue and they said they can fix it no problem. They first said it would take a week to get the battery replaced. One week after bringing it in, They called me and told me my iPad had a "hairline fracture" (which it didn't when I brought it in). Two weeks later I called back asking if it was ready and they said it wasn't working so they were sending it to a vendor. They told me they would call me back and let me know what the vendor said and after a month, I had to call them and they said they never sent it and would call back when the vendor received it. Another month went by and I called again and they said the vendor hadn't received it yet so I called again a month later and they said they had no information for me. Then, a week after that they said they couldn't fix it and they were sending it back. She said she would call me back and send me the tracking info (which never happened). I called two months later which would be February now and I was very respectful and asked where it was and the lady said she didn't know and hung up. A week later I called back and they said they only received the inside of the iPad and no screen with it and would let me know when the screen arrived. I called them about three weeks ago and they said they still haven't received it and they would send me the tracking information for that and they would call me with more info and still have not. It's has been nine months since giving it to them and them saying it would only take a week to fix. They never give me answers and always hang up. They are very disrespectful and I would like this to be handled as I am going to college and need my iPad for school.

    BBB Spoke with the business and they have put a new screen on the iPad free of charge. The iPad is unrepairable the consumer did confirm this to me 2 weeks ago. The business reached out to the consumer on the 15th and the 17th with no response from the consumer.
