  Heres a more polished and impactful version of your review:I was initially told that a contractor would come out and provide an estimateat no point was a fee mentioned. The contractor came on 1/27, took videos, measurements, and gathered everything needed for the quote. I made it clear that I had a strict timeline and emphasized the urgency of my project, which they acknowledged.After following up, I was assured they were working on my quote urgently. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email stating I had to pay $500 for the quotean amount that would only be deducted if I chose them. This was never disclosed upfront, leaving me with no real options. They misrepresented their process, wasted my time, and avoided giving me clear answers, thanks to their dishonesty, Im struggling to keep my timeline on track. If you need a project done reliably and on schedule, look elsewhere. This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

As with any reputable service, a proper job site inspection takes time and comes with a cost. This is not a casual walk-through or a quick guessits a professional evaluation by experienced ********** no point was a free estimate promised. What we did offerand deliveredwas a free consultation at no charge. There is a clear difference between the two, and we made sure to honor exactly what was stated. We committed our time and expertise to providing guidance, and its unfortunate that this was either misunderstood or selectively ignored. While we understand that some people expect professional services for free, that is simply not how reputable businesses operate.We follow a structured process designed to ensure quality results, not shortcuts. We do not engage in rushed, on-the-spot assessments or hand out numbers without due diligence. For those who prefer "guesstimates" over expert evaluations, we may not be the right fitand thats okay.
