    I purchased a combination steam shower from Aquapeutics back in 2015. My house had a lighting strike and burnt out the control on the shower. Not only did **** send me a new control in less than a week, he sent it free of charge. This has been a fantastic shower, and now i can enjoy it again. Thanks!

    In the beginning ******* and the owner seemed to very helpful, however it turned out to be a show and was very unprofessional. The shower came with a broken mirror, messed up remote, and the screen was not functioning. Furthermore the steam warped our side panel and discolored our tub, this was a process that was taking forever. First the owner left a VM with a sincere apology, great willing to work and make it right. Well the longer it took for them to receive the shipment the worse they got with responding and following up. He mentioned refunding the shower, but said he would send out the panel and the other silver items (all which has changed colors! We have a pretty expensive water system that nothing else in our house has changed color except for this shower. We have salt, chlorine (recently added), and peroxide. Needless to say after it was agreed on a date to receive everything before going the refund amount, they failed to send it by their date and because we needed someone to install it we agreed to $1200 refund with them paying the invoice to get it installed. I followed up and they are now trying to say that $1200 check was sent to pay for the service! This company is a joke and I have all the text messages that this company showed to be nothing less than professional! Dont BUY from them!! I had to use my own time to try and find someone to come out and paint the acrylic, which still hasnt been done. They found someone but they never showed up or returned my call. This company has failed to keep their word! We strive to exceed your expectations with an easy online shopping experience, top of the line products and excellent customer service and sales support teams. -Aquaputics They failed at their slogan!

    I am somewhat surprised that this feedback was left because we are actively working with this customer to resolve the issue at hand. The panel she is referring to was faulty so we immediately shipped out a replacement back in July of 2022.  We had also refunded this customer $1200 to go towards the cost of having the panel replaced by a professional. We haven't heard from this customer in quite a while so assumed she had the panel replaced and all was well.  Just last week she sent us a copy of the invoice to have the panel replaced and asked why we hadn't reimbursed her an additional $317 for the replacement repair costs.  We explained that the $1200 was intended to go towards the repair invoice and that's why we hadn't refunded her an additional $317 above and beyond the original $1200 refund. The customer claims that was not what we agreed to and that we were supposed to also refund her for the repair costs.  We then discussed the issue internally and agreed that this was a simple misunderstanding and promptly mailed her a check for $317 on Friday.  We communicated to the customer that we would be mailing her a refund check so like I mentioned at the beginning we're surprised the customer would leave this feedback knowing the check was on the way. We apologize for not clearly explaining our refund policy to this customer and regret she feels this way about our company.
