  I want to file a complaint against the Vartanian custom cabinets located at ****************************************** in ***************** for refusing to fix the flaws and hardware issues with the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities we had purchased from them in the amount of $53,774.00 dollars Both owners husband and wife are extremely difficult to work with when it comes to taking care of repairs to the product they produce and sell . They both take very offensive stand and on the instant come up with dozens of excuses why they can not do it and why they are no longer responsible.Please be aware that if you purchase any cabinets from Vartanian and if there are issues with them after they deliver them to your location , the owner wife will tell you that she is not responsible for the quality and any damages or issues after the cabinets leave her factory floor , this is what we were told. Both owners lie and deceit they refuse to take any responsibility for the overpriced poor quality product the manufacture after they collect your money for it .After numerous complaints the owner only came one time to reevaluate the quality flaws with the cabinets , however determined that he will not do anything as it looks good to him , the only items he agreed to fix were the doors on the bathroom vanity which after he repainted them and reinstalled them they did not look any better than before Please be aware of this business practices and their polices that only work in costumer disadvantage. Both owners lie , they refuse to help , nor fix product quality issues all they have are excuses not to do it As it stands right now the owner stated that he is never coming back to fix the flaws with the cabinets as this is what I was told when I called the company I am providing this information to warn others how extremely lousy and poor their customer satisfaction service is, and how deceitfully and unfair they treat the costumer when repairs to their product must be made

  We met with ************* to discuss their concerns and after inspecting cabinets in multiple rooms, we mutually agreed to refinish doors and drawer fronts in the master bath. We completed the work and returned to install the drawers and drawer fronts. When our employee arrived at the job site to complete the work, both customers left and mentioned they would be back in a few minutes. When ************ returned without ************, she told our employee that she was not satisfied and falsely accused our employee of returning the doors and drawers without doing anything to them. ************ has been verbally abusive with multiple members of our staff on the phone, has sent explicit, vulgar texts and vulgar voicemails (attached). We were were warned by other subs of their deceitful practices and lack of reputable behavior after we contracted with them. ************ promised to slander us (his words) so this review comes as no surprise. We are at an impasse with the customer and refunded their entire decorative hardware allowance on 6/9.
