      Went in January for eye exam. Went to their optical shop picked out a frame they ordered glasses. Get a call in March the glasses are in go down to get them put them on and I can't see hardly at all everything was blurry the longer they were on ended up with headache. Tell them again they schedule a prescription check in ***** go in they say prescription is fine order another pair. get a call end of may glasses are in. Go down to pic them up same problem again they say wear them your eyes will adjust. Return them the next day start the process again go back in about a week with the help of Mass health expedition of the delivery. Go in pick up the next pair still same problem so I bring the glasses to another optical center and just told them I couldn't see clearly and was getting headaches within 2 minutes they found that the pupillary distance was off. I contacted the office to let them know and was basically called a liar. When I got upset and told them they made a mistake they claimed they were going out of their way to help,yet never gave me this simple test or even accepted what I told them i was seeing through the glasses. I've been wearing glasses all my life and never has anyone ever ordered me 6 pairs of glasses,nor have they ignored what I tell them when I've put them on. J.. and A,,,, in this optical shop ironically both wear glasses.I posted this as a warning ?? don't get upset, agitated or complain to anyone in this office they'll cry wolf and eject you from their practice saying their afraid of you.I was a patient of ***************** just down the road wish they still took my insurance as this whole ordeal would have never happened.This office is far from professional or courteous and I would highly recommend getting your care elsewhere.
