Prior to dropping off my camper to be wrapped by this company. I spoke with the owner discussed what I wanted done. I made it very clear that the camper was white and I wanted all of the white wrapped in black to do a complete color change. The owner told me that wouldnt be a problem hed do so, and there would be no visible seems and no white that would show around edges. Seals and corners ect along with lettering the doors private motor coach not for hire He also Told me Id have it back in 2-3 weeks and it would be done and ready to go. Welp 7 or 8 weeks later he told me to come and get it so I drove out to Palmer from Lynnfield  (well over an hour away) to go get the camper. It wasnt even completed. There was patch marks all over it. While showing everywhere over spray all over the back of it and no lettering on the doors like we had discussed. It was a HORRIBLE job and not even close to what we talked about / what he told me would be done was not done. I Talked to the owner again the fallowing Monday and he told me hed fix it all and not to worry. Another 3-4 weeks goes by and he sent me pictures. Looked okay in pictures but come to find out in person after another over an hour ride out there again, theres still horrible seem lines and a ton of white showing around edges and seals, along with new scratches and dents in the camper that were never there. Its not done correctly and iv been nothing but lied to from this guy and givin every excuse in the book as to why it has taken so long. The camper has been sitting in my driveway for about a week now and the wrap is actually peeling off and lifting on its own In some spots. I had someone els look at the job that does this for a living and come to find out he used the cheaper wrap that I had stated I DID NOT want him to use and simply hacked it together with zero quality. I simply want my money back I gave him 3,000$ deposit and I want my money back. its not what I paid for

    Hello,

I would first like to explain how the vehicle was picked up by the customer. I sent him the pictures I attached above, he then said he would try to come out that night to pick up his vehicle. The customer came in the middle of the night and took his vehicle without paying. He texted me at 5am saying he got his vehicle and was home. I then asked where the money was left for the job he just accepted and took home. He said the ATM he uses was messed up. I sent him multiple ways to pay, but 12 hours later he said he didnt like how the job came out. I asked what was wrong with the job and his response was the whole thing.

First I will address the allegation I used cheap material, and not the 3m 2080 series wrap I always use. I attached 7 invoices with that particular material, with order numbers and dates. I can also provide bank statements showing I paid for them if needed.

Next, the customer stated I used spray paint and got it all over the deck of his vehicle. I did not use permanent spray paint for this job. The customer wanted the trimming around his door to be black. Wrapping it was not an option so I used a removable black spray. This spray can be easily removed by your fingers or a pressure washer. This spray is often called plasti-dip and is similar to a wrap. I would never use a permanent spray paint on any vehicle.

Lastly, I provided pictures of the vehicle the day it left my shop. Once he took it, I have no idea if he removed anything etc. All I can speak to is how it left my shop, which again is provided in pictures. I believe the customer wanted an outcome of a paint job. But painting a vehicle and wrapping are two completely different jobs and outcomes. It is also why painting a vehicle like this is 3-4 times as expensive.

I am rejecting this response because: I had stated to him exactly what to fix. The first time I went out to get it and it looked horrible.  Only about 1/4 of the job was fixed when I went back out to see it / get it.  I told him you can not tell from pics over the phone he agreed.  I did pick it up at night like I told him I was doing witch he was okay with.  I did not pay the remainder of the balance due to a atm withdrawal problem. I work 12-24 hour days I looked at it in the day light the fallowing day and saw all the flaws along with all the stuff he still did not fix and the new dent in the top of the unit.
The job is still not completed to his words along with still not having the doors lettered as he said he would do.

i Have in the mean time had another company look at it and they stated as well its not a good job as he explained it would be

I simply want my deposit back on the work he performed, it did not match to what he said was going to be the out come along with now having a dent in the top side of my camper   More damage was done than what was fixed

    Sincerely,

    Hello,

I am always willing to take a vehicle back and fix anything they are not happy with. I have never told someone I wouldnt and I havent here. I told this customer that I would send his lettering by mail as soon as I had my truck back from the dealership, where the lettering was. He did not have a problem with that, he came at night and took his truck home without paying. After I gave him multiple ways to pay and messaged him a few times he then decided he did not like the way it came out. Even after receiving 20 pictures the day before, and having the truck in his possession all day and night.

I believe he knew I wasnt going to be there, he was unhappy with how long it took to get the truck done which I understand. So he came with the intention of not paying the entire time.
