I am the owner of Naomi’s Bed & Breakfast. I was contacted recently by BBB to respond to these reviews I was not aware were here. I am more then happy to answer any questions for anyone at ********************************************
The last review from Luke was completely fabricated. They booked on air b and b and they are under investigation for the level of damages created to the home such as gluing a door closed and painting on the driveway and tears in sheets that are intentional, smoking hookah, creating holes in the wall with a sharp objects and staging ants and having discussions of a racist nature that was captured on my security cameras to name a few. Next was Valencia, this was during COVID and there were restrictions that were mandatory per law. I also as an owner had a right to secure my property to know who is there at all times due to security and insurance liabilities. This is standard. I was gentle in my delivery. If anything was repetitive; it is my responsibility to ensure compliance if there was any indication of a breech. Valencia stalked me on my work related social media platform requesting to be a connect and now places this review on BBB. I am not surprised. My intentions were not to exasperate the loss of your parents and I ensure you I was making every effort to accommodate you. This is why I extended a waiver of a fee that everyone is charged. My rental is per person and no unauthorized visitors. Those are my rules and if you did not tell me from the beginning you were having guest over then I would not be able to provide you with these expectations. That sounds fair. Michelle’s review; this situation I do not recollect at all. Based on the rendition it may have been an error that occurred on my end and I know I was apologetic and offered you a %100 refund. For me to repost it and lose $1000’s of dollars makes no sense. So that part I know for a FACT did not occur. Seems like your were not interested in the booking options I offered.

If I could give Naomi's Bed and Breakfast zero stars I would. I have never had as bad of an experience booking a stay at this business/scam. We booked a reservation for 12 people to stay in the "whole house" on Airbnb, which by definition on Airbnb's website is access to the whole home without any supervision or "representatives". Weeks after booking and only a few days away from our reservation, Naomi reached out and informed us that there would be additional fees and that a representative would be staying in the house for our stay. We questioned that fact as we reserved the "whole home" and there was nothing in the listing stating this. She was condescending and rude, saying that we don't know how her business works and that it is defined on the listing, which it clearly is not stated in any fashion. We had no other choice than to stay since it was too late to find another reservation.
Upon arriving, she ambushed us at our cars and even opened our car door asking who we were. Then gave us a 30 minute lecture on the rules of the house as well as the areas that were "off-limits", which included the kitchen and most of the first floor even though both were advertised in the listing labeled "whole-home".
Ants were literally crawling everywhere on the third floor, which was where one of our rooms was. She said another resident was also staying the weekend, which also was never outlined to us.
As we were leaving, she held us hostage to tell us why we were wrong and she was right about the listing and constantly told us we were the stupid ones for not reading her clearly incorrect listing.
She then proceeded to harass the individual who booked the stay through the airbnb app and attempted to charge an additional $2000+ for damages that were clearly there the whole time. She saw us as a mark to try and "fix" her home for things that have been damaged for a long time, including areas that we weren't allowed in.
Please, please, please stay away from this business/scam.
