  Petro oil best company u used so far. Auto delivery. And I have service contract my pressure valve was leaking bad I called, the dispatcher was really good got me a time between 7am and 9am. Service guy showed up at 830am he was very professional and knowledgeable. My expansion tank was no good. He went out to truck got a new one installed it and was on his way. Cost me 0$ with the service contract. Thank you petro for making it so easy for me. Looks like I found my oil company..

  I order a delivery for my first floor apartment and they delivered the oil to the second floor apartment. Called them for days and had no response.

  Terrible customer service. I had a delivery of oil and found receipt on the ground frozen in ice.They would not honor discount if paid not within 30 days because will not honor a payment from date of delivery as opposed date of statement received. .

  Zero stars if I could. Had a unit installed on 6/2/2022. November hits and all of a sudden when I need to use heat. It doesnt work, at all. Called to get it fixed and told em I had a kid but that didnt seem to be of much concern (Buy a heater is what I was told). Another repair guy suggested I buy a new thermostat and that should fix it, $40 down the drain because that changed absolutely nothing. After 6, I repeat 6 attempts at fixing it, (mind you every repair got us a week or two of use) they quote/unquote fixed it. That was beginning of March 2023, you know the time of the year when you dont really need the heat.Now we started using the heat again at the beginning of December, its January and its broken again. Called to have them fix it and they are telling me I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I know for certain the real problem was never fixed, and I now have two kids at home with no heat. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It has been nothing but a nightmare. Highly disappointed with this service and if it was up to me I would have never installed with them. If you value your kids, time and money do not, I REPEAT DO NOT use their services.

  Petro Home Services' ceiling price plan means their will always charge you with the highest ceiling price, not market price.They delivery 130 gallon to my home this month. While my neighbors get 3.6x $ /gallon. Petro charged me at 5.599$/gallon.Their technicians are ok. But almost all oil company have similar service.

  Petro Home Services are dishonest !!After spending $14000 for a new oil boiler and couple to years of oil delivery we had an oil tank leak. We consulted Petro and used them to convert to NG/ Propane we even gave them propane delivery business until NG meter was put in. Not only did they do a nasty job on conversion for which we paid almost $5000 extra they lied too. Petro representative and manufacturers sales informed me that kit for conversion included parts for both NG and propane. They told me and town inspector that they would be back when meter is put in.However, once the time came to hook up NG meter they flatly declined to come back in or provide the part already purchased and paid for during propane conversion. The representative should explain why they lied and disowned customer once they realized there was no more delivery business going forward. I have already informed town inspector and will let the town residents know on our social pages

  Petro Home Services did the sloppy job to convert the oil heat system to gas heat system. The representative told me not to worry and they would do everything for me. However, one part of pipe which is connected with heat furnace is ***** and it has a little hole. They said that they only did the gas furnace job and they did not touch the asbestos. The asbestos was not there. Also, they did not change the whole things. They used the old pipes there. Also, the representative should explain to the customer the details of the contact. But not to say to do everything and not to worry. I will not use their services anymore forever.
