    We would give 0 stars if this were possible.We recently purchased a significant amount of Caesarstone for our kitchen and some remnants for our vanity tops. It has been a terrible experience. At installation for the vanity, a completely different (color, style) remnant was installed. When we contacted RSK, they claimed that the remnant piece had been damaged during cutting. However, we were never alerted to this prior to the installation of the alternate piece. They did replace it with a slightly closer approximation but only after repeated discussions.More upsetting, however, has been our kitchen counter installation. We have a galley style kitchen with counters on both sides. One side has been installed with the grain going one direction (horizontally) and the other side installed with the grain going the other direction (vertically) so they look quite different from one another. They also installed the peninsula not according to their own shop drawings so that the seam is in a weak spot and unacceptably visible. We've asked that they replace the countertops or refund us, but we either get outright lies or ghosted. We are so frustrated and disappointed that we've lodged a complaint with the AG's office.
