I do not recommend Boxed Wedding Invitations as they were by far the worst wedding vendor that I have worked with. I decided to contact this company for my wedding invitations after seeing them tagged on many wedding Instagram pages and seeing their page with almost ****** followers. This experience taught me to not believe what you see on social media. On the phone call, we discussed our vision for the invites, pricing, timing, etc. My fianc and I wanted very simple wedding invitations, ivory & white, and compared to the extravagant work shown on the companys Instagram page, it seemed like it would be a simple project. ******* told me that she will be sending out samples of work that she has done and will be mailing to our house. 18 days went by and we still didn't receive anything in the mail from her. I then emailed back asking if she needed our address again, and to get an update on the samples. She responded saying: "I just got a chance to send it. you should see it in the mail tomorrow. This is certainly not the way I do business." We then had a phone call in early February to discuss specific paper types, wording, etc...for our invitations. At the end of the phone call, she said that she would be sending us a mockup of what we discussed, and we should see it via email in a few days. We didn't receive a mock up until over a month later. Mind you, we had received 2 invoices at this point and paid our **** in FULL before even receiving a single mock up of our invitation. My fiancee and I looked over the mock up of our invitation, and made various corrections+additions to the mock up. I sent her very detailed additions and corrections of items to make it clear the changes

I am writing this review after an AWFUL experience with Boxed Wedding Invitations and ***********************. This was an experience from Hel*. I will explain from the first day of speaking with her until the last day about my fiance's and my journey with this company and woman. The first email was sent in early January, she reached out to us about getting on a phone call to discuss our needs for wedding invitations. We asked if we could come in person to see her previous work, or at the very least, do a Zoom/Facetime meeting so at least we can speak face to face and see her products virtually. Well, she was unable to accommodate that, and said that she only does phone calls. (This was the first red flag). On the phone call, we discussed our vision for the invites, pricing, timing, etc...and she said to us: "this will be done in 2-3 months, this is a very simple request that we can accommodate." Great, we think! She said the next day via email that she will be sending out samples of work that she has done and will be mailing to our house. 18 days went by and we still didn't receive anything in the mail from her. I then emailed back asking if she needed our address again, and to get an update on the samples. She responded saying: "I just got a chance to send it. you should see it in the mail tomorrow. This is certainly not the way I do business." Ok we said, and she must be really busy. We then had a phone call on February 4th to discuss specific paper types, wording, etc...for our invitations. At the end of the phone call, she said that she would be sending us a mockup of what we discussed, and we should see it via email in a few days. We didn't receive a mock up until March 9th, 35 days later. I guess "a few days" to her is really 35 days. My fiancee and I looked over the long awaited mock up of our invitation, and made 6 corrections+additions to the mock up. I then didn't hear from her for several days, and wanted to email her asking if we could get on a phone call
