    I had a document notarized on October 14, 2023. When the recipient called to verify they were hung up on. They tried to call 4 more times and got no answer. Therefore they would not accept the document. I had to go to another notary and have it redone

    To whom it may concern:

    This response is in relation to the alleged complaint #******** made on 10/20/20203.  In response, I would like to first apologize to said client. This apology was also made to this client via text message and voice message and that this client was told the reason why all calls were not answered. I want to inform you that this client was told the reason why I personally had not responded to calls,for reasons of a personal emergency I was out of the state where I reside. I add my comment to this complaint, "my job is to get to the customer's needs and have the solution." 

    This client was treated with all the respect that each client deserves, as well as provided with everything needed for their situation. I want to inform and make it known that once I received this client's message, I came out of the middle of my delicate personal emergency situation to provide my assistance, offering to assist this client even in my absence. I proposed to this client a co-worker who could respond to their situation, but the client refused. Likewise, my person also contacted the entity that the client claims made contact calls. In my responsibility, I contacted the entity and was talking to a representative but unfortunately they  could not assist me since the client needed to authorize me to solve this situation. I also add that this client was informed via text message that the entity had already been contacted by me. I also want to make it known that this client responded to my text messages acknowledging the situation that I personally  had .

    In relation to this complaint, being the first and only client in the history of my work, for this reason I respond responsibly by sharing this writing. If there is anything else I can provide to make this matter better, Im more than welcome.
