    -- Transaction occurred on August 9, 2024 - I paid LP Seal Coating $600 for two (2) coats of driveway sealer for my backyard. See photo of check attached. - There are several issues: they didn't pay attention to the weather forecast - and they put the 1st coat down on the driveway 10-min before a heavy rain storm, which cause the the tar to wash away and splatter everywhere which damaged my 1) driveway drains, 2) our external French-doors from our walk-out basement, and 3) lawn furniture and kids toys were covered in splatter from the tar. It was left a big mess until around August 20th when they returned - after I had called and texted him several times. There was no sense of urgency on their part to correct it. When they finally did show up, they only cleaned 2 drains using my pressure washer (because they were not prepared to do the job correctly) - but nothin else, including our new $10K basement French-doors that are completed caked in tar. - They reapplied 1 coat of driveway seal correctly. - Since then - they were supposed to come back and clean everything remaining - and apply the 2nd coat of driveway sealer (since the 1st coat was applied wrong). We talked last week and he supposed to come on Sunday, 08September - but did not show up. - I have called and texted the owner several times since with no response. He's ignoring me and not taking accountability for his mess and completing the job as it was agreed and paid for. - He need to finish the job - or reimburse me and pay for professional cleaning of the mess.
