    Look at their responses to the 1 star reviews on ******* It will tell you all about how they operate. They *** and ************************* are hostile and scammers. Here is what happened to me.************************* told me I needed 20 new lugnuts at 12 dollars a piece. He said he couldn't put my new tires on without new lug nuts because every single one of them were rusted. After he made me feel I had no other choice I paid and asked to have my old ones so I can have my trusted mechanic take a look at them. He then wanted me to sign an agreement that said I accept all charges. I refused to sign he then said he's been in business for 40 years and never sold anyone anything they didn't need then began to tell me if i dont trust him he wont give me my lugnuts so he took the bag from my hands and became confrontational to the point I felt in danger. After me claiming those are legally my lugnuts and I would get the law involved he gave them back I left without signing and brought them straight to my mechanic who said the lugnuts were perfectly fine with the exception of only 2. I called ******************* and told him I want a full refund he immediately agreed and said come back. If you bring anything to this mechanic shop I would know exactly what you want fixed and watch them do it the whole time! He is a con artist and potentially a violent man.

    : I was recommended to Century Tire in Peabody. There was supposed to be a discount and there wasnt. On top of that suddenly my other tire had a nail in it which I went back to have fixed. It was suspicious- now Im noticing that my car is making a sound when it didnt before I took it in. This place overcharged and also seem to be dishonest. I think they damaged my car. Please do not recommend them. They have bad ratings and are not a good business. I only went to them because AAA recommended them.
