    I am reguesting reimbursement of the cost of my car repair of ******, this happened just about two weeks ago, not sure of date, rotary automotive, ******** **, *****, my car was towed ther because I left my lights on,tried jumping but would not start, it was towed to rotary auto, I was informed the next day nothing was wrong, picked up my car, as I was driving away I noticed all the gauges werent working; I immediately called them they told me to return; I had drs appts the next few days, once again the car did not start; was towed back, it was there for a week, no phone call for update, I called them, told me gauges are fixed but car wouldnt start: again it stayed there for days with no phone call back, their exacted word were( we dont know), I was so angry I told them to ****** it, again no call from them, when I called they , they ended up citing wres in my car now the theft and service lights are on at all times, I was charged 159:00, I asked what for, **** his name was told me he had to charge me something, he gave me no printout what was done just a little receipt of the charge; I took it and left because I was so angry, I believe their service caused more hArm to my car by cutting wires, they told me the cut them because I told them to which is untrue, I am requesting full refund, thank you, *********************
