      My twins ******* & ****** ******** took a Driver’s Ed class with Tommy Hughes of Tommy Tee Driving Academy on 180 Mattakeesett St in Pembroke 12/26/23-12/30/23 and paid $900 each for the full Driver’s Ed curriculum including classroom, 12 driving hours and 6 observation hours. The classroom portion is $500 and the driving portion is $400. TommyTee Driving Academy terminated the contract stating that my children booked too many hours of drive times in the online scheduling system without even giving them a chance to delete them. My children only had 2 drive times, neither of which were the full hour because he picks up late and drops off early (one lesson consisted of my son sitting in the car while Mr. Hughes ate lunch at a sandwich shop) and they had no observation hours. My children have no choice but to start drive times over with another school because Mr. Hughes refuses to provide the services we paid for and he refuses to refund $400 per child, which was the amount paid for the behind the wheel portion of the curriculum. He only refunded $200 per child. The online system does not allow a full explanation in this box because the words get cut off so I provided a summary but I can provide more detailed information.

      Mrs. ******** is not forwarding the truth. She is a total dishonest control freak. This matter belongs in front of the Plymouth County small claims court where all our records,emails,and other student records would show that we actually owe her zero consideration. A judge will side with our school.

      Mr. ****** is rude and unprofessional. He bullies the students in his “school” and steals money from them for services not provided. He submits false records to the RMV about observation hours that do not take place.
